VEA Supper Club is excited to partner with Dabble Studio for a four night residency from Monday January 22 to Thursday January 25.
There will be 30 spaces available for each night.
1st Course: Sweet Potato, Tahini, Apricot, Preserved Lemon, Pistachio, Coconut, Mint
2nd Course: Prawns, Saffron, Fennel, Lemon, Pimenton
3rd Course: Crispy Chicken, Red Chilies, Ginger, Palm Sugar, Lime
4th Course: Beef Short Rib Curry, Basmati Rice Grits, Cashew, Pomegranate, Cilantro
5th Course: Sticky Toffee Pudding, Cardamom Pumpkin Puree, Verjus Dates
