2nd Course - BBQ Chicken - Grilled Springer Mountain Farms chicken, homemade BBQ sauce - and a mess of sides served family style (vegetable salad, beet carpaccio with basil seeds, stewed southern greens, grilled corn on the cob) 
3rd Course - Pecan Pie - sweet tea caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream
